Luxury accommodation

Toppesfield Wine Centre is a contemporary house with a large, open plan lounge / dining area and a giant picture window overlooking Toppesfield Vineyard. The lounge area has full height glass sliding doors looking out onto a beautiful garden and a private patio with an outside dining table and a large day bed. The upstairs has two luxury bedrooms with superking size beds and luxury en-suite bathrooms; both bedrooms have views over the vineyard. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen, a tennis court and a 4 person jacuzzi.

The property is ideal for two – four adults looking to share stunning, luxury accommodation on an award-winning vineyard.

There is a guest WiFi, 75” TV screen, Sonos and Alexa in the lounge area. There is a large nickel bar (like at The Ivy!) which looks out over the vineyard and is ideal for drinking and eating if the weather doesn’t allow al fresco dining. The fridges are stocked with Toppesfield award winning white, rosé and sparkling wines as well as beers from Toppesfield’s community microbrewery. There is a BBQ for easy dinners and a great range of good restaurants and pubs for eating out or ‘click and collect’. This is a very peaceful location just 3 metres from the edge of the vineyard, surrounded by soft rolling countryside on one side and beautiful mature gardens and a large pond on the other side.

Toppesfield is a unique village with a community owned pub, village shop and microbrewery. It is a 10-minute drive from the picturesque villages of Finchingfield and Castle Hedingham, 20 minutes from Saffron Walden and Sudbury and 50 minutes from Cambridge and Colchester. There are lots of great walks and cycle rides from the Wine Centre door.

We provide a ‘meet and greet’ service to explain the various features of the Wine Centre accommodation and wear PPE when in contact with our guests. We provide hand sanitizers and wipes throughout the property and personally undertake a thorough clean of the Wine Centre between guests.
